Our cultural trips and free time programme

At some of our destinations we offer knowledge thirsty people our 'LISA! Language and cultural trips' or additional bookable courses like culture, architecture or cooking classes. After the language class you can ride, dive, learn to surf, prepare typical dishes or have the long wished for drawing class at the university for arts.

Surf in Sydney and Hawaii, do the salsa in Ibiza, dive in Panama, learn to draw in Valencia, make Hollywood films or cook delicious meals in France - you can do anything after your language classes. In numerous destinations we offer free time- and sport activities as well as cultural trips, which guarentee a deep insight into the culture of your destination. Our cultural courses are for travelers who want to experience culture, architecture and new dishes after their language classes.

Travelling alone, as a pair or together with friends, you will feel happy with your language and free time course. There aren't any age restrictions with the programmes however, there are courses from 30 years. So take the opportunity to learn a language and experience a new place with fellow travellers, who you can share yours interests and experiences with. Course participants from 35 to 50 years find the courses from 30 years particularly good.

During the evenings, a free time programme is organised which includes interesting seminars about history, culture, and cooking courses, visits to excellent restaurants or exclusive wine tasting. The language courses take place in small groups in the mornings where course participants come together from all over the world to learn a foreign language and to expand their knowledge.

At some of our destinations, you can combine language courses with sport courses. For example, you can surf in Cape town or Sydney, cook in Quito or dance in Valencia. At many destinations, e.g. Florence, we offer a greater variety of combinations. The language trip is all the more an enjoyable holiday with having a deep insight into the country's culture.
