Ibiza is the third largest island of the Balearics and is situated about 70 kilometres away from the Spanish mainland. Our LISA! language school is a few steps away from the historical city centre of Ibiza. Thanks to the beauty of its white-washed villages, the historic city “Dalt Vila” has been declared UNESCO World Heritage in 1999. You can discover Ibiza’s natural beauties by boat, kayak, train or on a hot-air balloon. In its natural reserves, patient explorers will have the chance to spot many species of seabirds, such as flamingos, cormorants and herons. Sandy and rocky beaches stretch all along Ibiza’s borders and are spaced by picturesque bays and small fishing villages. Juniper or lavender bushes and green pine forests are ideal for walking and cycling. Artists and sun lovers have always been attracted by Ibiza’s magical light, the remarkable natural beauty and it’s distinctive nightlife. At the ‘Botafoch’ marina, you can find the most popular bars and clubs, such as the famous ‘Pacha’.
