Ushuaia is the capital of the Tierra del Fuego (Land of Fire) province. It is located on The Beagle Channel, which makes it the southernmost lying city in the world. Our language school is situated in the city centre close to the harbour, which is one of the most important ports in whole Argentina. Near the school there is the Maritime Museum and End of the World Museum, whose exhibitions inform about the history of Land of Fire. In addition to the Maritime Museum you can also visit the Prison at the End of the World. You can explore the wonderful scenery of Patagonia while hiking or on boat and kayak trips. During a boat trip to Beagle Channel you can observe penguins and various species of seals until you get to the historic lighthouse Les Eclaireurs. Another popular attraction is the Train at the End of the World, which takes passengers for miles through the breathtaking nature of Tierra del Fuego.
