Our English language courses take place directly within the Salina Resort complex. Additional classrooms are located in the main school building in St. Julian’s and can be reached within a short time using the free shuttle bus service.

Our Malta Salina Beach language programmes are designed for children aged 10 to 13 years and teenagers aged 14 to 17 years. Classes are organised according to age group and English level, starting from A1 (Elementary). All lessons are conducted entirely in English.

Lessons may take place either in the morning or afternoon, depending on language level and class allocation. English tuition is delivered by a carefully selected team of highly qualified TEFL-certified teachers from Malta and the United Kingdom.

Leisure programme
The extensive LISA! leisure programme.
Our extensive leisure programme is an integral part of each of our language trips for students and is already included in the course price. During discovery tours across the island, language students visit the fortified capital Valletta, the entertainment district of St. Julian's or take part in a boat trip together with their group leaders. They discover Malta's history through museum visits and excursions to the neighbouring islands. The group also goes shopping, to the cinema or to the large water park. Afternoons consist of parties, excursions and many group activities on the beach. The leisure programme is adapted at short notice on site in order to respond to the interests of the students.

Periods without supervision are possible within the resort complex
Students spend Sundays exclusively within the resort. However, if a student prefers not to participate in certain activities, they are expected to return to the hotel at specified times:

Participants aged 14 and over must return to the resort no later than 11:00 p.m.

Participants aged 15 and over must return to the resort no later than 12:00 midnight, and by 1:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

What should I definitely not forget?
Sunscreen. Malta is a sunny Mediterranean island. Sunscreen and a sun hat are essential items to bring. Sunglasses may also be advisable.

How much freedom will my child have?
Children on a language trip to Malta have periods of free time that they may organise themselves. Please note that there are times when students are not under direct supervision.

How much does a language trip to Malta cost?
A two-week language trip in summer with 20 English lessons per week and accommodation in a hotel with a swimming pool on a full-board basis costs £2,299. The extensive leisure programme, all airport transfers, the language course and accommodation are included in the programme price.

What happens on the day of arrival?
On the arrival day of their LISA! language trip, your child will be warmly welcomed at the airport by members of our language school staff. Can I share a room with my friend, girlfriend, boyfriend, brother or sister?
We are happy to arrange accommodation for friends or family members together in the hotel's four-bed rooms.

Bed linen and towels are provided by the hotel. We recommend bringing a large towel for the beach.

Is there a placement test before the course begins?
Yes, students complete a placement assessment before the programme starts and are then assigned to the appropriate language level.

When do I have to pay?
Upon conclusion of the travel contract (after receiving the booking confirmation and financial security certificate), a deposit of 20% of the programme price is required, with a minimum payment of £200, plus any applicable insurance premiums. The remaining balance must be paid 28 days before departure. Full payment details are provided on the invoice.
