When should I book?
We can usually arrange last-minute bookings as well. The main constraint is usually the flight and, in New York, accommodation availability. We recommend booking at least 2–6 weeks before departure.

How much does a language trip to New York – Times Square cost?
A two-week trip in summer with 15 English lessons per week and single-room accommodation with breakfast in a host family costs £1825.

Is there a placement test at the start of the trip?
Yes, on the first day there is a placement test. You will then be placed in the appropriate level (A1 to C2).

Can I book the course without accommodation?
Yes, we will gladly quote the price without accommodation.

When do I have to pay?
On conclusion of the contract (after receipt of the booking confirmation and the security certificate) a deposit of 20% of the total price is due, at least £200, plus any insurance premiums. The remaining balance is payable 28 days before departure.
