   Montpellier is one of the most beautiful cities in the South of France. The teaching level of our alternative Montpellier – Classic programme is just as high, with the only difference being that class groups are larger than in our other Montpellier courses.
2. Top course location by the sea:
   Strolling through Montpellier’s narrow lanes past sky-blue shutters is a delight. In ‘Rue de l’Université’, students gather for lunch in cafés and bistros. In the evening, they meet in bars that are sometimes a club, gallery, and brasserie all in one. The city’s small theatres offer a diverse programme. From our school, it is only about 30 minutes to the sea.
3. Participants & diversity:
   Most of our students travel alone and usually find friendly, like-minded fellow participants from around the world already on the first school day. Traditionally, LISA! language courses are booked by students and young professionals aged 20–35, as well as established professionals aged 35–45. Participants over 50 also feel very welcome in our programme.
4. Best location & facilities:
   Our modern school is located in the old town near the central ‘Place de la Comédie’. From here, the university city’s restaurants, shops, and cafés can be easily explored. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the school.
5. Course & lessons:
   Our Montpellier – Classic school teaches in groups with a maximum of 12 participants. The teaching concept is recommended by the European Union (EU). All teachers are professionally trained to teach French as a foreign language.
6. All-inclusive price with accommodation:
   During the language course, you can stay either with a host family or in a residence. Thanks to Montpellier’s low living costs, it is particularly well-suited for long-term stays, especially Montpellier – Classic. The city is surrounded by picturesque vineyards and lavender fields. Excursions to nearby towns and the surrounding countryside round off the course.

Until when do I need to book?
We can usually handle last-minute bookings. The main bottleneck is flights. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before departure.

How much does a Montpellier language course cost?
A 2-week course with 20 lessons per week and accommodation in a single room with breakfast in a host family costs £999.

Are these courses also suitable for students?

Is there a placement test at the beginning?
Yes, a placement test takes place on the first school day. You will then be assigned to the appropriate level (A1 to C2).

How many participants are in each class?
At our Montpellier – Classic school, there are on average 8 and a maximum of 12 students per group. This slightly larger group size makes the courses more affordable.

When do I need to pay?
When the contract is concluded (after receiving the booking confirmation and security certificate), a deposit of 20% of the course price is due, at least £200, plus any insurance premiums. The remaining balance is payable 28 days before departure.

Arrival and service:

Please book a flight to Montpellier. The return transfer from the airport, train station, or bus station to the host family is included in the price for arrivals on Sundays between 9:00 AM and 10:15 PM, and for departures on Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 10:15 PM. Otherwise, there are good public transport connections. A taxi costs approximately €30 each way.
