1. Lessons:
   Our New York programme is suitable for students aged 12 to 20. Classes are organised according to age groups. Lessons take place in the morning.
    
2. Free Wi-Fi:
   Students have access to fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the entire campus and in the residence.
    
3. Top accommodation:
   Students stay in a residence directly on campus in twin or multi-bed rooms. Five rooms share two bathrooms. Breakfast and lunch are served in the campus cafeteria. Packed lunches are provided during excursions. For dinner, students receive preloaded cards with £15 per evening, allowing them to choose from nearby restaurants and experience the city’s culinary diversity.
    

4. Learning success:
   Our courses are known for their high academic standards. Carefully selected teachers who specialise in teaching English as a foreign language ensure strong learning progress. Lessons are conducted entirely in English.

5. Quality assurance:

6. Travel arrangements:
   We are happy to book an affordable flight to New York (JFK or LGA) for your child. Return airport transfers are included in the price. Arrival should take place between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm on Mondays: 22 June, 29 June, 6 July, 20 July, or 3 August. Departure should also be between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm on Sundays: 5 July, 19 July, 2 August, or 16 August. Flights are unaccompanied. Upon arrival, your son or daughter will be warmly welcomed by our staff and transferred to the residence.

The extensive LISA! leisure programme in New York – All included

Our comprehensive leisure programme is an integral part of the study abroad experience and already included in the course fee. It includes five half-day excursions and two full-day weekend trips. We visit iconic attractions such as Times Square, the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, Broadway, and the city’s most important museums, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), and the American Museum of Natural History.

When should I book the New York programme for my child?

How much free time does my child have?
Your child will be busy throughout the day with lessons and activities but will also have some free time to spend independently.

How much does a study abroad programme in New York cost?
A 2-week programme with 15 English lessons per week and accommodation in a twin or multi-bed room in the residence with full board costs £2,999. The extensive leisure programme, airport transfer, course, and accommodation are included in the total price.

Is there a placement test at the beginning of the programme?
Yes, a placement test takes place on the first day. Students are then assigned to the appropriate level.

When do I have to pay?
Upon conclusion of the contract (after receiving the booking confirmation and security certificate), a deposit of 20% of the total price, with a minimum of €200 plus any insurance premiums, is due. The remaining balance must be paid 28 days before departure. Full details are provided on the invoice.
