Leisure programme
The extensive LISA! leisure programme
The comprehensive leisure programme is an integral part of every student language programme and is already included in the course price. After lessons, the group leaders and the language school organise a varied programme at the beach, in the town and in the surrounding area. After lessons, we go swimming at Exmouth’s beautiful sandy beach, play football or table tennis. We also go out by boat and see the town from the sea. In the evenings, there are barbecue parties, karaoke competitions and our school disco. The school organises fishing trips, hikes through the mysterious Dartmoor or excursions to Plymouth and Bath. We also take full-day trips together to Bath, the historic river port of Morwellham Quay, or go shopping in Exeter.

Getting there:
Please book a flight ticket for your child to London Heathrow. The flight takes place without accompaniment.

Departure:
Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. -
Transfer:
The return transfer from Heathrow Airport is included in the course price. Alternatively, a transfer from Bristol can be booked for an additional charge.
At the airport, the children are met by group leaders and accompanied to the bus to Exeter. In Exeter, the journey continues with members of the language school staff directly to the accommodation in Exmouth.
Please note that this is a shared transfer and waiting times may occur.

By when should Exmouth be booked for my child?
Please book as early as possible. Popular course dates are often fully booked as early as January for the Easter and summer holidays. Ideally, you should book your child’s Language course for students in December for the upcoming Easter or summer holidays. In many destinations, we can usually accommodate last-minute bookings. However, availability is often limited when it comes to flights. The later you book, the more expensive the airfare is likely to be. Please give us a call for detailed advice — we will be happy to take the time to support you personally and answer all your questions.
How much does a language course to Exmouth cost?
A 2-week language trip in the summer with 20 English lessons per week and accommodation in a host family in a twin or triple room with full board costs 1729 £. The extensive leisure programme, airport transfer, language course and accommodation are included in the course price.
Can friends, siblings or family members share a room?
Accommodation together with friends or family members can gladly be arranged.
Is there a placement test at the beginning of the language trip?
Yes, a placement test takes place on the first day of school. The students are then placed in the appropriate language level.
When does payment have to be made?
Upon conclusion of the contract (after receiving the travel confirmation and the security certificate), a deposit of 20% of the travel price is due, with a minimum amount of £200, plus any insurance premiums. The remaining balance of the travel price must be paid 28 days before departure. Parents will find all relevant information on the invoice.
