Generally, we can accommodate short-term bookings. However, bottlenecks often occur regarding flight availability and accommodation in Osaka. We recommend booking at least 6–12 weeks before your departure.

How much does a language trip to Osaka cost ?
A 2-week trip including a Japanese course with 20 lessons per week and accommodation in a single room with half board in a host family costs £ 1,609.
When is payment due?
Upon conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 20% of the travel price is due (minimum £ 200). The remaining balance must be paid 28 days before departure.
What additional costs should I expect ?
Travel to and from Osaka, personal expenses, and, depending on the accommodation, transfer services, extra nights, or other individual services.
What happens on the first day?
IA placement test takes place on the first day of school. Afterward, you will be assigned to the appropriate level for your skills.

What happens on days when the school is closed,e.g.,due to public holidays?
Schools remain closed on public holidays. Lessons are generally not made up (except for private 1-to-1 lessons). The price of the trip is not reduced due to holidays.
Can I learn Japanese in the same class as my travel partner?
This is usually possible, provided that the language levels of both participants do not differ significantly.
