At our language school in Milan, students learn in an international environment and can immediately put their newly acquired language skills into practice in the many nearby restaurants, cafés, and shops.

Location & Facilities:

Our school is located in the very heart of Milan, just a few steps from the famous Milan Cathedral (Duomo). The school is modern, bright, and welcoming, and all classrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art learning technology. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Many of the city’s most iconic sights, restaurants, cafés, and bars are within easy walking distance.
 

Organised Leisure Programme:

The friendly school team arranges a wide range of activities, including guided city tours, aperitivo evenings in Milan’s best-known cafés, museum and gallery visits, sports activities, and excursions to destinations such as Lake Maggiore, Lake Como, Monza, or Brescia. The team is also happy to help with tickets for events such as a football match at San Siro Stadium, home of Inter Milan.
 

LISA! Language Courses:

• Courses start every Monday; for beginners, every second Monday (see calendar for exact start dates). If the start date falls on a public holiday, lessons begin on Tuesday.

• Our language study programmes in Milan are suitable for all levels, from beginner (A1) to near-native speaker (C2).

• During your stay, you may choose to live with a host family or in a shared flat (see Accommodation section).

Travelling Classroom – Italian Journey:

We offer our students the unique opportunity to combine different course locations in Italy – Viareggio, Milan, Florence, and Turin. Each course must be attended for at least one week at each destination. Our schools will gladly assist with arranging travel between cities (travel costs are not included in the course price).

Language & Culture Course:

Our Language and Culture courses in Milan are designed for curious minds who wish to immerse themselves in Italian art, culture, and cuisine. These are study holidays combining Italian lessons in the morning with a cultural programme in the afternoon and evening, already included in the course price. Participants gain a deep insight into Italian culture, architecture, gastronomy, and lifestyle. Activities include guided tours, visits to museums and operas, and excursions to Como or Verona. These cultural study programmes are ideal for singles, couples, or friends travelling together. There is no age limit, although most participants are over 50.

• Italian & Cooking: 3 lessons per week focused on preparing traditional Italian dishes
   

Language Certificates:

Our Milan school offers preparation courses for the Certificazione di Italiano come Lingua Straniera (C.I.L.S.) examination.

Please note:

• The 5-week C.I.L.S. exam course in Milan starts at level A1.

• The 6-week C.I.L.S. exam course starts at level C1.

• Registration must be completed several weeks before the course begins.
