English Language Courses for Students Aged 11 to 17

Our English language courses for students are part of our student language travel programmes in Bournemouth, which take place on selected dates during the summer holidays.

Language courses

Main Course English (11–17 years)

The Main Course is the classic student language course in Bournemouth. It combines structured English lessons with an international learning group and daily life in a host family or residence.

• 20 lessons of 45 minutes each per week

• Average of 12 participants, maximum of 15

• Language level up to C1

• For students aged 11 to 17 years

The focus of the course is on structured language practice, an international learning environment, and the daily use of English in students’ everyday life in Bournemouth.

Weekend Trip to London (optional extra)

At our language school in Bournemouth, a 2-day weekend trip to London can be booked as an optional extra:

Saturday

• 08:00 – Departure from Bournemouth

• 11:45 – Thames boat cruise (including lunch)

• 14:00 – London Eye

• 16:00 – Transfer to hotel

• 18:00 – Check-in at hotel

• 20:30 – Dinner

Sunday

• 08:00 – Breakfast

• 09:30 – Check-out from hotel

• 10:30 – Natural History Museum

• 12:00 – Shopping tour at Leicester Square (including lunch)

• 14:30 – Guided walking tour (Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben & Westminster Abbey, Whitehall incl. Downing Street, Horse Guards)

• 17:00 – Departure to Bournemouth

• 19:30 – Arrival in Bournemouth
