The LISA! courses in London – Burlington are suitable for adults of all ages and take place at our lovely school in the Balham area of London. In the friendly, family atmosphere you’ll make rapid progress.

Location & Facilities:

Our beautiful school is in a quiet, leafy district in south London. You can reach the city centre in 30 minutes; Balham Underground station is just around the corner.
 

The school was recently refurbished and is housed in a former church. This special building is surrounded by a pretty garden where students can spend their breaks. Our school is ideal for clients who appreciate more personal attention.
 

The school has a small garden, a lounge and a cafeteria where fresh food is cooked daily. The teachers are specially trained to teach English using modern methods.
 

Organized leisure program:

After lessons, our school team is happy to organise joint tours of London, visits to the many museums and galleries, or a classic afternoon tea. There are trips for bowling, to the cinema or to the Sky Garden. At weekends there are shared excursions, for example to Brighton, Windsor, Oxford or Cambridge. If you book a four-week English course in London Burlington, a weekend trip with other students to a castle near Bath is included in the price. In this beautifully restored country castle you’ll stay in lovely rooms and enjoy a varied programme such as a garden dinner, a yoga session or walks in the surrounding countryside.

LISA! Language course:

• Our language trips start every Monday. If the start date falls on a public holiday, the course begins on Tuesday (see calendar).

• Our language trips in London Burlington are suitable for levels from beginner (A1) to proficiency (C2).

• During your stay in London Burlington you will live in selected accommodation (see Accommodation). Our school has its own residence, recently refurbished and located right next to the school building.
