Location & Facilities:

Our language school in Brighton is located in the city centre, opposite the iconic Royal Pavilion and just a few minutes from the beach as well as the main shopping and entertainment areas. This is where the adult language courses take place during the family language trip in Brighton. The English courses for children are held in a second building, just a three-minute walk from the main building.
 

Behind the “LISA! Study Abroad” family language course is a modern teaching concept designed to help you and your family achieve your personal goals within just a few weeks while improving your language skills as effectively as possible.

LISA! Study Abroad Family Language Courses:

• Our family language courses take place in summer on fixed dates (see course calendar). Arrival and departure are on Sundays.

• Lessons are held in the morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Children aged 5 to 15 study in small groups with 20 lessons per week. Adults aged 30+ can choose between the main course (20 lessons per week), a business course, a mini group course for faster progress, or—if you prefer a more intensive option—20 one-to-one lessons per week.

• Families stay with carefully selected host families, with breakfast or half board included (see accommodation options). In Brighton, you are also welcome to arrange your own accommodation.

• An organised family airport transfer can also be booked

Family Holiday with Children Aged 5 to 15:

At our language school in Brighton, the whole family can learn English, with parents and children attending separate courses.

Children aged 5 to 15 receive 20 lessons per week in the mornings. This provides them with a solid introduction to the English language. The programme is complemented by age-appropriate sports, music, or creative activities. Lessons take place separately from the adult language courses. The children’s school building is only a few minutes’ walk from the adult school building. After lessons, three leisure activities per week and a full-day excursion on Saturday are included in the price.
 

Language Course for Parents / Adults
Parents attend the main course in the morning (group course, 20 lessons of 45 minutes each per week). In the afternoon, three activities per week as well as a Saturday excursion are organised jointly for parents and children.

Your Course Schedule:

On arrival day, you will check into your accommodation. On the first day of school, you will be placed in the appropriate level according to your language proficiency, ensuring optimal learning success. Lessons in Brighton take place in the morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Parents take their children to their classrooms before attending their own adult language classes. Lunch is offered at the adult language school in Brighton and can be booked as part of the package. After lessons, the whole family has plenty of time to explore the city. The school organises activities three times a week and on Saturdays. On the remaining days and in the evenings, you are free to plan your stay individually.
