   Our school is located right in the heart of Cambridge in a magnificent Victorian building. The city centre can be reached in ten minutes on foot. Fast Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire school building.

2. The lessons:
   English classes take place in separate language courses for adults (18+) and children (5 to 13 years old). Lessons are held in the morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. During the rest of the day, families can explore Cambridge together.

1. Learning success and quality:
   Our language school is accredited by the British Council and is a member of English UK. Our family language courses in Cambridge are known for delivering strong learning outcomes. As with all our family language programmes in England, lessons in Cambridge are conducted entirely in English.

2. Accommodation:
   During your language trip to Cambridge, you and your child will stay with a host family. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own accommodation.

3. Free internet connection (Wi-Fi):
   Fast, free Wi-Fi is available to both students and adults throughout the entire school campus.

4. Travel arrangements:
   We are happy to book an affordable flight to London for you. From there, you can reach your accommodation by public transport. We can also arrange an airport transfer service to pick you up.

The LISA! Leisure Programme in Cambridge for Families:

Our small, joint leisure programme in Cambridge is an integral part of the family language trip and is already included in the course price. The programme includes 3 afternoon activities per week as well as 1 full-day excursion per week (on Saturdays). On the remaining days and in the evenings, you and your family will have plenty of time to explore the city’s sights together. Costs for public transport used to reach certain attractions are not included in the price. The leisure programme ideally complements the language course and significantly contributes to learning success.

By when do I need to book the family programme?
We can usually accommodate last-minute bookings. The main limitations are typically flights and accommodation. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks before departure.

What does a typical day look like in the Cambridge family programme?
English lessons begin at 9:00 a.m. and run until 1:00 p.m. Lunch takes place at the school until 1:45 p.m. Afterwards, participants either have free time or take part in the leisure programme.

How much does a language trip to Cambridge cost?
A 2-week language trip with 20 English lessons per week and accommodation with a host family including breakfast costs £ 1,899 per adult and child.

Is there a placement test at the beginning of the language trip?
Yes, a placement test takes place on the first day of school. Students and adults are then assigned to the appropriate level.

When do I need to make payment?
Upon conclusion of the contract (after receiving the travel confirmation and security certificate), a deposit of 20% of the total travel price, at least €200, plus any insurance premiums, is due. The remaining balance must be paid 28 days before departure. Parents will find all relevant details on the invoice.
