Our Language School in Alicante offers our Spanish Language Course participants an opportunity to combine their language course with a dance or golf course. This allows you to put your new language skills into use straight away and consolidate your knowledge together with other students.

The language school is located in the centre of Alicante. In its immediate vicinity you'll find the market, Mercado Central, as well as many small cafes and restaurants.

Organised activity programme »

Our friendly school team are more than happy to organise activities for course participants in the afternoons and weekends, such as guided tours through the town, museum and gallery visits, sports activities and beach parties. Trips to nearby traditional Spanish villages like Altea, Elche or Orihuela can also be arranged. Professional dance or golfing lessons may be booked in the afternoons.

At our language school in Alicante, we offer the following exam preparation course: Preparation for the D.E.L.E exam.

Please note:

• To take the D.E.L.E. course in Alicante you must have at least a basic level of Spanish (A2, Lower Intermediate) or above. Enrolment onto this course is therefore subject to a grading test before the course starts.

• You must pay the exam fee while in Alicante. Please consult the table regarding how much the exam fee will cost.

• The exam takes place in Alicante.

Spanish & Dance »

The course lasts two weeks and takes place in a professional dance school not far from our language school. Lessons take place every weekday in the afternoon and last for one hour. In this Dancing Course participants will mainly learn to dance Salsa. If they are interested, other Latin American dances like Bachata or Merengue can also be taught. The minimum number of participants is 3 (in case there are not enough students, the number of dancing lessons will be reduced in the following way: 1 students: 2h/week; 2 student: 3h/week).

Spanish & Golf »

In Alicante you can choose to learn golf professionally or to improve your existing skills at the Alenda golf course. Lessons take place in three afternoons per week. You'll practise for two hours every Tuesday and Thursday and one hour every Friday on the golf course, with an additional hour on Friday on a special practice course. The transfer from our school to the golf course can be organised on site but is not included in the price. For the duration of the course, you will stay with a host family. The minimum number of participants is 4 persons (in case there are not enough students the number of hours will be reduced in the following way: 2 or 3 students: 4h/week; 1 student: 3h/week).

Language and Culture Course »

In Alicante we offer Language & Culture Courses, which are perfect for those with thirst for knowledge and passion for culture. The course gives our students the chance to discover the culture, architecture, traditional dances and culinary delicacies of Spain through guided tours, excursions and expert advice. With our specialised course, you will study Spanish in the morning and take part in our rich cultural activity programme in the afternoons. You will get to know Spanish culture and architecture, Spanish cuisine and the life of Spanish people. The Language & Culture Course is suitable for solo travellers, couples or for friends travelling together. There are no age limits for the course, but most of the participants tend to be aged over 30, and the programme is particularly popular for those aged 35-50 and over. The language course will be taught in the morning in small groups together with international participants who learn this foreign language. In this way you will enrich your knowledge effectively. All teachers are native Spanish speakers and specialise in teaching their native language as a foreign language. The culture programme is already included in the price and includes different day trips and activities, for example, castles, museums or salsa dancing evenings.
