Dublin

Dublin is a young, lively and cosmopolitan town with a lot of culture! The choice of museums, art galleries and theatres is excellent: choose between history or art, architecture or sports, modern or classical periods, comedies or musicals. The locals are known to be humorous and open-minded, so you will soon make contact with people you may meet in one of the various pubs, galleries or shops. Shopping trips are a great experience in Dublin – we recommend you visit the busy Grafton Street with its mixture of shops, restaurants and street musicians or Dawson Street with its large and small book shops. Dublin has some traditional or chic restaurants for you to spend your evenings. You will be able to choose from seafood soup, oysters, smoked salmon, lamb or sweet apple cake, all taste great with a pint of Guinness. Afterwards, we recommend you visit one of the various cinemas' bars, stages or clubs. Rock, pop, soul, jazz or punk, live concerts or discos – Dublin is great for partying!

Exam Courses
At our language school in Dublin, we offer the following exam preparation courses: preparation for the Cambridge Certificate (FCE).
Please note:
- To take part in this course, your English must be at an upper intermediate level (B2). Enrolment on this course is subject to a grading test before the course starts.
- The exams normally take place in the last week of the course, therefore we can only offer limited teaching in that week.
- You must pay the exam fee while in Dublin. Please consult the table regarding how much the exam fee will cost.
- Cambridge Certificates: You will find dates of the written papers (papers 1-3) in the table. According to our previous experience, we have found that the oral exams (papers 4-5) mostly take place a week after the end of the course. which is why the prices may include an extra week’s accommodation. As it is possible that the dates may be postponed, we recommend that you opt for a flexible flight reservation.
