Sightseeing in Auckland

Auckland has been voted one of the best lifestyle cities in the world.
For shopping we recommend Silverdale Village, where you will find clothes,
shoes, beach fashion, souvenirs and more. There is a market every Saturday
for everything from art to bric a brac.
Not far from Silverdale Village you will find the beach and golf courses.
Howick Historical Village gives an insight into how locals used to live, in more
than 30 historic buildings. Guides available. Open daily from 10:00 to 16:00.
The Auckland Gallery in the town centre offers a great range of more than 12 thousand
pieces of art from New Zealand and international backgrounds. Guided tours are
available every day. Open daily from 10:00 to 17:00.
We strongly recommend a visit to Harbour Bridge. It offers great views
over the town and harbour as well as the volcanic surroundings. You will need to
