Valencia is on the Mediterranean coast close to the island of Ibiza.
The marvellous Malvarrosa beach is only 15 minutes from Valencia. It
is a metropolitan city with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Among the
town’s historic sites are the Towers of Serranos, the
Cathedral and various arts museums. You will be able to buy fresh fruit
and vegetables, fresh fish and a variety of local delicatessen. The town
has various cafes, bars and restaurants. Valencia’s festivals are
Las Fallas, Feria de Julio and Tomatina. In 2007, Valencia was the host of the Americas Cup.
The School
Our school is an architectural gem which was designed and built by young artists with a unique atmosphere.
Our school has 7 bright and modern classrooms and a lounge with comfortable sofas for eating, drinking and listening to music.
The school is situated in a quiet location in the heart of Valencia. It is in a pedestrianised area near the town’s tapas bars, restaurants, cinemas and internet cafes. The old part of town, El Barrio del Carmen, the market and the cathedral are within walking distance.
Combination Two-location-course
You book a 2 or 4 week standard course and spend 1 or 2 weeks each in Madrid and Valencia. An organised leisure programme in Madrid and Valencia as well as the single transfer from Madrid to Valencia are included in this exciting combination.

Sightseeing in Valencia
Valencia, the ‘City of Light’ with its 1 million inhabitants, is more than just a seaside resort in Spain. It has a wonderful climate, a long history and some fantastic cultural gems. We recommend a visit to the Cathedral Metropolitana or the Tower of Serranos and Quart.
Valencia is home to a variety of architectural and cultural styles which can be admired at the palace, the Palau de la Generalitat, the town wall and Valencia’s various parks. It is truly a unique combination of the antique and modern, as Valencia is also a city of modern arts and sciences.
Valencia is a paradise for sports lovers – it offers windsurfing,
diving, beach volleyball, climbing, tennis, hiking and golf. The beach
promenade is home to various cafes and restaurants, which we recommend
you visit in the evening when the sky turns red and life in Valencia
begins – its nightlife is fantastic: discos, night clubs and Flamenco
Tabalos will make your stay unforgettable.
One of the city’s major attractions is the festival Las Fallas, as well
as the „Feria de Julio“ with its open air concerts, cinema and theatre
performances.

Shared school-flat: Double room (DR) or single room (SR) in a functionally equipped apartment. Shared kitchen, bath/WC and lounge with TV. Average distance from the school: 20 minutes on foot.

Exam Courses
At our language school in Valencia, we offer the following course: preparation for the D.E.L.E.
Please note:
- You can only take the D.E.L.E. course in Valencia from a lower intermediate level (A2) and upwards. Enrolment on a preparation course is subject to a grading test before the course starts.
- The exams normally take place in the last week of the course, therefore we can only offer limited teaching in that week.
- You must pay the exam fee while in Valencia. Please consult the table regarding how much the exam fee will cost
